In our class this week, we learnt about a variety of copyright licenses and some resources that we can use as educators. My group researched about ‘Creative Commons’. This is a type of licensing that allows for resources to be copyrighted, distributed and used within the copyright laws . One example of this is CC search https://search.creativecommons.org/

As a future educator, this resource can be useful when looking for images to include in PowerPoints and other lesson plans when visuals may be needed. It can also be useful when looking for worksheets and lesson plans once I am into my practicum work and eventually  a full time teacher. I hope to be able to remember about creative commons and all of the uses is has for me.
