Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! My name is Kate Schmidt and I am currently in my third year at the University of Victoria in the elementary education program. I am originally from Richmond, B.C and moved to Victoria to pursue my dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and I am excited to finally be on my journey to becoming a teacher. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, exploring the island and reading. However, recently due to Covid-19, my new favorite hobbies include zoom meetings along with online games and events!
